Limitations of Liability
Orbit’s Shuttle Service and it affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, and/or traffic conditions; mechanical issues; or any other conditions beyond the control of Orbit’s Shuttle Service employees. If any expenses arise as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights and/or connections, will the be responsibility of the passenger.
We do not take cash reservations over the phone. A credit card must be provided at the time of the reservation and it will be charged at that time. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand your travel plans may change unexpectedly, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Give us 48 hours’ notice prior to you scheduled departure time and we will offer a full refund. Any cancellations that are made with less than 48 hours are given a travel voucher (good for 1 year) for any future travel on our shuttles.
All information obtained to make your reservation is held in the strictest confidence. Your personal information will never be shared with third party entities without your consent. Passenger information collected is only used to assist in the process of providing our services.
Our passenger's safety is our highest priority. Our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, based on our driver's professional judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board. This is in effort to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Orbit’s Shuttle Service is not responsible for the personal possessions of passengers. Our team will attempt to return any items left in our vehicles to the rightful owners; however, we assume no liability for lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. Charges for returning a left-behind item to its owner are the passenger’s responsibility.
Orbit’s Shuttle Service does not include gratuity in our rates. Gratuity for our drivers is welcomed and appreciated.
