Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Our shuttles run on very strict time schedule.
We are unable to wait for passengers delayed for any reason as passengers arriving on time would be inconvenienced. Passengers arriving late may board the next available airport shuttle (if space is available). If you know you will be late, please call our office. On the last run of the night, the driver may be able to wait up to 15 minutes.
Advanced reservations are required to guarantee seating. For best availability, make your airport shuttle reservation right after you purchase your airline tickets. Online reservations can be made up to 2 hours prior to departure time.  Please contact our office if you are trying to make a reservation less than 2 hours prior to your desired departure time.  We may have availability on a first-come, first-serve basis for the same day departures.

  • Each Adult Ticketed Passenger is allowed 2 standard size* bags plus 1 hand carry bag**, included in rate
  • Each Child Ticketed Passenger is allowed 1 standard size* bag, included in rate
  • Each additional bag is $25.00 per piece.

*A standard size bag is to be defined as: Any bag or fully enclosed box with a Maximum Size of 62 inches (L+W+H) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Example: (10” + 20” + 32” = 62”)

**A hand carry bag is to be defined as: any small hand held item that can be comfortably and safely held in the passengers lap or can be safely stored on the floor between the passengers feet without inconveniencing any passenger seated next to, in front of or behind them.
Orbit’s Shuttle Service follows all state laws regarding child restraint requirements. All children under age 8, less than 57 inches tall and less than 40 pounds must be securely buckled in an age-appropriate child restraint seat. 

*Please note: Orbit’s Shuttle Service does not provide car seats or booster seats.
Drivers are allowed to accept gratuity. Helping you with your luggage, ensuring your comfort and safety, attempting to ensure promptness, being dependable, courteous, and respectful all are traits worth rewarding. Current standards suggest ten to twenty percent (10%-20%), but should be based on how well your driver performed; please tip accordingly. Adding a tip to your booking is also available.
We understand your travel plans may change unexpectedly, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Give us 48 hours’ notice prior to you scheduled departure time and we will offer a full refund. Any cancellations that are made with less than 48 hours are given a travel voucher (good for 1 year) for any future travel on our shuttles.
There is no smoking allowed on any shuttle. This includes all electronic smoking devices.
We currently do not allow any non-service animals to ride on our shuttles. Service animals are allowed.
We can provide individual or small group transportation to or from work, school, shopping, appointments, sporting events, weddings or other private celebrations. Please contact our custom transportation department for rates and availability.
Our passengers and driver’s safety is our top priority. If there is the possibility for delays due to inclement weather or hazardous road conditions, booked passengers will be given a re-scheduled departure time. If a shuttle is cancelled, your choice of a full refund or a voucher for future travel will be issued.

*Please note: Orbit’s Shuttle Service reserves the right to suspend service until conditions improve and it is deemed safe to travel.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled you will be allowed to board the next available departing shuttle. Subject to open seat availability.
Shared ride service is an economical transportation option that allows passengers heading in the same geographic direction to save money by traveling together.

Please proceed to ground transportation on Level 1. Meet your Orbit's driver under the "Shuttle" section. If you arrive early there are two climate controlled waiting areas with a clear view to the curbside pick-up area.
